The basics of how we quote, book and carry out work on your motorcycle.
Online booking requests are requests only. A booking is not confirmed until a member of the Redline MotoLab team contacts you to agree a date and time.
Online bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Quotations are given before work begins. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Parts remain the property of Redline MotoLab until paid for in full.
